IEL Formats
In addition to the regular Standard format, IEL leagues and tournaments make use of two additional limited formats because of their ability to open the competitive game up to newer players.
- Commons (see analysis): Limited to basic and commons only. Similar to Pauper format, but also limited to Standard.
- C4 (see analysis): Commons format + 4 rare cards per deck.
Crafting Guides
For newer players making the transition from Commons to C4 or Standard, there are some cards that will make a bigger difference than others. These analyses are meant to help those players make the best use of their limited dust to create competitive decks in progressively more open formats.
